Improvements include hard coat anodizing for improved wear and a secondary locking pin for fitting retention. Proven in NASCAR Cup. Note: In the event it is necessary to dissasemble above water necks, it is necessary to replace the spiral lock ring if it has been damaged or bent during disassembly.
