Junkin Head and Neck Immobilizer Vehicle Kit ✔A rope is attached toJSA 363 BF JUNKIN HEAD IMMOBILIZER The head immobilizer is vinyl coated and is both buoyant and waterproof. It can be left in place during X rays. Instructions For Use Attaching The Head Immobilizer to the Spine board Make sure head immobilizer is taken apart. You should have 1 base plate, 2 head blocks and 2 head chin straps. Place base plate against top of spine board with attached straps stretched out. The straps attached to the base plate loop
